Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Nubia’s Boutique! Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. We also offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (U.S. orders only).

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our processing times, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control. Nubia’s Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Nubia’s Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Support@shopnubiasboutique.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
